Hi Baywatchers.
Like many people, we have been trying to sell our house for a few months now due to deteriorating health.
I have been at the top of the sheltered housing list for a little while but we can't accept any offers because we have a mortgage here (transferable by the way!).
We have now been offered a shared ownership brand new property in a sheltered housing complex specifically for my disabilities (blind in one eye and partially sighted in the other).
The properties will be available at the end of August and we must complete by mid-September.
We haven't turned this offer down as it suits our needs so until the end of August we are drastically reducing the price of our property to
115,000€.
A lot less than we paid for it originally.
If we haven't been able to sell by then in order to accept the sheltered housing offer, the price will return to that shown on our web site.
Please, if you hear of anyone wanting to buy and looking for a real bargain, put them in touch with us.
Our IBI is paid up to next May. We have our own electricity contract and meter. We pay our own Basura account. We have telephone and fast Internet services installed.
