Dear Supporters
At the moment we have 48 dogs and puppies in our care that we need to find homes for. In the meantime they need to be fed and some are in need of ongoing expensive veterinary treatment and neutering. We have also had a lot of expense preparing for our move to our new premises, building pens for the dogs so that they are secure whilst they are with us, and play areas where they can socialise. Obviously this has not been done without cost to the Charity and hard work by the volunteers.
As you know, we rely on donations and fundraising, we do not get any grants from the authorities. So, we are sorry to say that. at present, we are having to concentrate on re-homing, as we do not have the resources, or the room to accept any more dogs for the time being.
We are happy to have a waiting list but we cannot commit to any given timescale. We may, however, be able to help in another capacity by perhaps putting photos on our website or asking our contacts if they can assist.
We would like to take this opportunity to say that any donations would be more than happily accepted at this difficult time. And we should also like to thank those of you who have donated, in any capacity, in the past.
If you wish to donate, you can do so at LHD, Los Gallos, or directly into our current emergency account Caja Rural del Sur, account number: 3187 0133 13 2972995415 in the name of Margrethe Gloersen. At present the donation button for our Paypal Account on our Website is out of service.

Happy Ending Final Feliz - but not such a happy ending. Story just ... to the authorities and had to go to the police station and make a statement.
